A stroll through Warsaw

A record of my visit to Poland's capital in June 2018, focusing on the historical aspects of the city, often painful to contemplate. But today's Warsaw is also a reborn, modern, European city.

A stone on the John Paul II Boulevard honouring the last Polish pope. The inscription simply lists the exact date and time of his death (2 April 2005, 9:37 pm).
