Wrocław, late summer

A few days spent in Wrocław, the city in south-western Poland where I was born.

1-5 September 2019

A pair of 500-year old buildings joined by a gate, and known today as "Jaś i Małgosia" (Polish for Hansel and Gretel). Behind them is the St. Elisabeth church. Despite the cute name, the twin buildings have a dark history, as the gate led to a cemetery where various criminal offenders were buried.

Did you like it? Or hate it? Let me know!
