A record of my visit to Poland's capital in June 2018, focusing on the historical aspects of the city, often painful to contemplate. But today's Warsaw is also a reborn, modern, European city.

Tomb of the unknown soldier, soldiers standing guard next to the eternal flame. More battle listings, this time against the Russians, going back to an unsuccessful revolt against Tsarist rule in 1863.
