Siurana

Siurana is a village of the municipality of the Cornudella de Montsant in the comarca of Priorat, Tarragona, Catalonia. It consists of a small village at the top of an escarpment in the Prades Mountains, overlooking the Siurana Reservoir and the surrounding valley. It has less than 50 permanent residents but gets a lot of visitors because of its beauty and historical significance, as it was the last Catalan fortress to be conquered by the Christians, in 1153.
