A visit to one of the lesser-known Dutch cities, famous for being the home of the Philips company and not much else, but an interesting place nonetheless.
A plaque commemorating Gerard Philips, maker of the first Philips light bulb, and on the right, Frits Philips as a 5-year old in 1911, at the founding of the company's football club, today known as PSV Eindhoven. Frits died in 2005, aged 95.
