In August 2014, I spent a couple of weeks visiting my son in Orchard Park, a suburb of Buffalo, NY. This is not a city of grand monuments, so this is a gallery of mostly small details.
The Broadway Market in downtown Buffalo bears witness to the large Polish community, which no longer lives in this neighbourhood but still comes to shop here.
